The server last night was incredible. We were a large party but he was on it . The jumbo scallop was note worthy & they have 9 no rice roll options . These are my go to . Here they wrap them in either daikon radish or cucumber. The coconut mochi dessert hit the spot

The staff is very dog friendly! Their outdoor patio and indoors had a really chill vibe to it. We got the baked salmon roll, crispy rice roll, mixed tempuras, 2 salmon & 1 tuna sushi. They all tasted very fresh and nice. The baked salmon roll felt like it was a smaller portion compared to other places but still tasted great and had a cool kick to it. The mixed tempuras had light batter to it yet it was crispy which was very nice. This place is underrated and you should definitely give it a shot!

This was such a chill spot! The server was super nice and even offered us water for our dog. The food came out pretty quickly and tasted great! The tuna and salmon sushi that we ordered had nice cuts of fish. We also tried the crispy rice and liked that it came with crispy onions on top for an extra crunch! The baked salmon had a bit of kick to it and was a ntwist to the typical baked salmon roll. The tempura also came out super fresh and crunchy! I would definitely come back for more! :)

When my sister lived in Glendale we used to come here frequently. I was happy to see that it is still around. I recently came here with a friend for a little snack during the week. The prices here are very reasonable. We shared some sushi and a bottle of sake. The sushi was fresh and delicious, the service was great, the sake was tasty, and the company was priceless. *Parking Structure nearby.

Zono Sushi is a hidden gem in Glendale They serve quality Japanese food at super affordable prices! All rolls are 50% and they even have lunch specials up to 30% off Their sushi was really fresh and I enjoyed how they didn't pack any of it with too much rice They also serve solid bento boxes where you can get some delicious chicken and beef teriyaki (and they give A LOT of it too!). I came on a Sunday at noon and there was no wait. Parking was great as it was free for the for 90mins at the structure right next door. Definitely check them out when you're in the area!

I ordered the bento box with spicy tuna roll and chicken katsu! Also, garlic edamame and a cilantro albacore roll. The service was good! Make sure you mention that you filled out the white sushi paper because we forgot to mention it. It was no problem though, the sushi came out quickly once we told them. The miso soup was good but it wasn't completely combined, as if the miso and the broth were separating a bit. The katsu was cooked well and the sauce helped to add flavor and a moist factor. The spicy tuna roll was good, like 6 pieces which was a nice serving, and a little spicier than I thought it would be. The shrimp & veg tempura had a lot of variety! It came with two piece of shrimp plus green beans, sweet potatoes and a few other veggies! This was really good! The salad was also nice. The cilantro albacore roll was good but the cilantro sauce was almost a little sour and it didn't end up finishing it. The outdoor patio was cute with little lanterns. We did stay a little after closing. I think the staff forgot to offer us togo containers since they were waiting on us and didn't want to rush us but once we got up to grab them they helped us quickly!

Stopped in randomly for some lunch on a Saturday and left content. The space was clean and service was swift. I enjoyed the rolls and they are all buy one get one 50% off! My favorite item was the Dragon Roll. Everything here is good, not great but reasonably priced. The parking is free for the first 90min. I wouldn't mind coming back here to eat.

As usual this is my favorite date night spot. Stella and her team are amazing at their service and the food is on point. As you can see from my pics and reviews I like to try different rolls each time. Don't forget to have some sake bombs! Hot sake and Sapporo beer. We really enjoyed our popcorn, volcano (always), protein roll, sizzling caterpillar, spider rolls. All amazing! I'll post again I'm sure.
